Phil Hiltz-Laforge is a Child Protection Worker with the Children's Aid Society of Ottawa.

His supervisor is Robert Godman.

Several other child protection workers also under the supervision of Robert Godman have also fabricated evidence such as Karyn Wyatt and Liam Bowman
