Domestic Violence Court is often where many male victims arrive in handcuffs while a violent woman with an anger management problem gets treated as though she just graduated with honors from law school.
Domestic Violence Court is a dangerous place for any male victim. The place is crawling with feminazis hell bent on coaching violent women on how to fabricate evidence, posture like a victim generally for the sole purpose of destroying relationships between children and their fathers.
Police, Feminist Lawyers, Victim Crisis workers, students brown nosing for feminist employment positions are only too willing to prove they can fabricate evidence against a man simply because by accident of birth the victim of domestic violence was born a male.
If you attend court, simply because you are male, the vast majority of the people you see could at any time make some fabricated allegation to ensure you will not attend court again.

14-year-old Ashlee White sends a letter to Canada's Prime Minister asking that
Liberal Justice Minister Anne McLellan be asked to resign as a result of her
failure to ensure justice in Canada's family courts.
Fired
from job, driven from home and into despair by the Family Responsibility Office
- Father attempts suicide!

father loses his job because of the actions of Ontario's Family Responsibility
Office (FRO). After they get this father fired they go after everything he
has (even though they knew he was not working). After loosing his
apartment and his car he takes the only way out he can see. Read how the

only child but not the courts nor the FRO were interested in helping him.

mother's false sexual abuse allegations!

A lawsuit has been filed against Scarborough doctor, Dr. Douglas Mark of the
Total Health Care Centre in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada. Here is one
place that you should not take your business if you believe in justice.
The Citizen's Free Press has been advised that this is only one of many lawsuits
to be issued against health care professionals for abuse against children and
their families.

He gives custody of a young child to a child abusing mom contrary to a report by

Denied Justice as Judge kicks out court reporter to keep court matters "off
the record"

Justice Walsh of the Toronto family court denies a parent who was self
represented to have the right to a court reporter in the courtroom even when the
parent brought a court certified court reporter with them to the court.
Since this story has been posted others have come forth with the same complaint
about this same judge. Are some judges impeding justice by trying to hide
from the general public what they are actually doing to families in their
courtrooms?

Judge
gives custody of young child to mother who attacked daughter with butcher knife!
A mother is on record of
attacking her own daughter with a butcher knife forcing her to flee the house,
the mother has a documented history of abuse against children. The mother has
threatened to kill the children. The mother even admitted on tape that she held
a knife up to her daughter. The father comes from a good loving family, proven
track record in the community as a parent. Who get the kids? We all know who,
don't we now. Fax this one out to your local MP and MPP. This is as gross as it
gets. Judges sure don't know how to give justice for children. They are often
the cause of ABUSE against our children!

devastated by courts and FRO office commits suicide!
Fathers are literally
being hunted down and crushed by the long arm of the Canadian government. Things
are so bad that some are committing suicide to get away from the torture of

snubs its nose at local citizen's group
The courts do not like to
be monitored - there is no doubt about it. Read how the manager of the Brampton
Court refused to talk to the citizens and asked them to go outside. These
government workers seem to forget who is paying them and they think that they
are on some high pedestal above the rest of Canadians. They obviously do not

The Judge and the lawyer
try to gang up against a poor Hamilton father who had not seen his children.
They seemed more concerned about getting the father's tape recorder out of the
court than they were about the best interests of the children. Witnesses
in the court said the lawyer, Linda Henry from the Hamilton area made an
absolute fool of herself.

A family from southern
Ontario had a good life until they got involved with the Ontario Family Court
System. After the legal system sucked everything out of the family, sucked them
into bankruptcy and left them with nothing, the family then found the solution

Every year thousands of
children are condemned to a lifetime of emotional abuse by the actions of
Canadian judges who do not know how to deal justice to our families. Children

after and destroy non-custodial parents. If the government was to
implement fairness and equality in the law, there would be no need of this
office at all and the people of Ontario would save millions of dollars.

needlessly. While people suffer through cutbacks in education and health care,

Peel
Cops talk about our justice system
Uniformed officers of the
Peel Region Police from Peel, Ont. tell us what they think of the judges in
family court. This is typical of what many within the system think but are
afraid to say in public out of fear of not being politically correct. Citizens
can thank the officers for their "from the heart" comments.
Our
family courts are in a crisis!
Family courts are
systematically destroying families! Failure to have justice delivered in our

Judge
ignores warnings by child care experts
Ontario Judge B. SMITH
grants a mother custody of a young child contrary to sworn affidavits of child
care experts stating that the child was at risk with the mother. The mother had
her children removed by the CAS for abuse previously. This type of thinking is
why the lives of children lives are being destroyed by our legal system. Many of
our judges are literally destroying the children of Canada through their biased
decisions.

condones abuse of children from Hamilton, Ont.
Ontario Justice THOMAS
BECKETT from Hamilton, Ont. was unwilling to help a father have access to
see his children but was more than willing to make him pay child support for
children that he was being denied access to. It seems that Judge Beckett
cares more about money than about children's lives.
Lawyer
impedes child abuse investigation

DALY attempts to impede the release of information about a young bruised boy
where, in the report of a doctor, it was stated that the boy was being hit with
excessive force. This was occurring while the child was in the care of the
mother. This situation is typical of why people feel that our justice system
allows abuse of children in family court by putting the best interest of the
client ahead of the children, while giving the children no consideration at all.
In the opinion of many Canadians, lawyers who act like this like this should be
tarred and feathered and run out of town.

and suffering of children caused by their custodial parents denying them access
to their non custodial grandparents just because the grandparents are on
"the other side". It is no surprise why grandparents are fed up with
courts allowing vindictive custodial parents to prevent their own children the
love from many loving family members.

the toughest toll on Canada's best fathers. Those fathers with the most money to
lose and who love their children the most are being destroyed as their own
children watch in tears. The courts target these dads because they have a few
assets left and can fill the pockets of the lawyers.

Canada’s broken family court system drives another loving father TO HIS DEATH!
"The unjust family court system took away my father forever", cries distraught 14-year-old girl.
VANCOUVER COURT WATCH
A 14-year-old girl, Ashlee Barnett-White, from Saskatchewan, has come out fighting against Canada’s broken family court system. She has a very good reason to do so.
On March 17, 2000, the body of her dear father, Darrin Bruce White, was found in a forest behind the University of BC campus, where, in anguish, he had taken his life. Shortly before his death he had been kicked out of his home and away from the children of his second marriage by a vindictive and controlling wife with the blessing and support of the local family court. Mr. White had been scheduled to appear in court March 22, 2000, to face yet more false allegations against him, brought on by his estranged wife, Maddy White, who was doing everything she could do to destroy him financially and emotionally. Before his death, the family court in Prince George, BC had ordered the father, on Feb. 21, 2000, to pay $2070 a month in spousal and child support when he was only earning $2200 per month in income at the time.
The mother who was a professional herself chose not to work. Yet in light of the financial circumstances, court placed no expectation on her to even have to work to contribute to the kids as well. The misguided judge responsible for this decision was Judge Baker, of the B.C. Family Court. One observer said that the father never had a chance in court. The judge ignored Mr. White’s pleadings and in turn accepted all that the vindictive mother had to say. A professor with the University of BC, who was involved with the case noted that it was as if the father’s fate was determined before he even walked into the court and that it was only a formality by the mother’s lawyer and the judge to seal this father’s fate when he appeared before the court. It was just like a typical day in so many Canadian Family Courts where the mothers automatically win and dads automatically lose. On top of losing everything, Mr. White was ordered to pay for all the costs of the court.
The decision of the judge forced the father out of his home and into the streets and into a position where he did not even have enough money to live on, certainly in no position to even be able to get lawyer. The judge did not even take into consideration the child support he was currently paying for his oldest daughter Ashlee. It seemed that the judge did not care about the fact that the children were being treated equally or whether the father was left with enough money to live on. The judge seemed only sympathetic to the mother’s demands to destroy her former husband.
In addition, this disadvantaged father was being denied meaningful access to his children by the mother. The father’s support was enforceable but his access to his children was not. This is reflective, of course, of the court’s position that mom’s wishes for power and money take priority over the best interest of children Yet, in spite of the fact that this father had never abused his children, the court granted the mother the absolute power to abuse them by denying them meaningful access to their father. Basically, the family court was the tool used by this vindictive and controlling mother to get her revenge against a good loving father. This court, like so many of the other family courts in Canada, has failed to deliver justice, fairness and equality. The court failed miserably in its mandate to protect the best interest of this man’s five children. Where once the children had a loving and caring father in their lives, they now have none. 14-year-old Ashlee said that she was totally disenchanted and ashamed of the justice system. She said that the system failed her as well as all of the other children. Ashlee said that her father was “a good man who only wanted the best for his four children” She went on to say that her father was an abused husband and that his wife was a very vindictive and controlling woman.
Even after he passed away, his wife was refusing to talk to the eldest daughter. Ashlee indicated that her step mother had blocked all the phone numbers from members of the father’s family, including herself. Ashlee said that she was unable to even make contact with her half brothers and sisters. Although Maddy had filed court documents prior to her husband’s death wanted nothing to do with him, after his death she took control of his body so that she could have it immediately cremated before members of the father’s family had a chance to arrange a proper funeral. Before his death she wanted nothing to do with him but now that he’s dead, she wants everything to do with him. Mr. White’s father and other relatives were forced to hire a lawyer, at further expense, in a bid to stop the woman from destroying the body before the family even got a chance to say good-bye to their loved one. Members of the father’s family indicated that they believe that Maddy may now be able to financially benefit from her husband’s death and that she wanted to legal control of his body so that she could reap the maximum financial benefit. It was believed that Maddy had taken out life insurance on her former husband and was now eagerly jumping at the chance to cash in. To many observers, having the body cremated as quickly as possible, was just the woman’s final act of vengeance against her former spouse and his family. As for young Ashlee, she has said that she is now joining the ranks of Canadians fighting to bring change to Canada’s broken justice system. “ I will not let my father’s death be in vain,” she vowed.

False allegations, lies, deceptions, and poor decisions by judges are destroying the children of divorce, who are stuck in the middle. LET’S FIRE THESE JUDGES WHO DESTROY CHILDREN’S LIVESAs a result of Judge Baker’s ruling, the lives of the four White children have been forever and tragically affected. Many people would consider what happened in this case to be nothing less than murder by the courts. If fairness, justice and equality were present in our courts today, which sadly they are not, the type of tragedy that happened here would not have occurred. It is about time that our family courts are cleaned up once and for all and that these irresponsible judges be reined in and fired for their horrendous decisions
