Average Cost Penalties Against Women = ( 3.5 + 11.0 + 4.0 + 7.5 + 7.5 + 2.5 + 3.0 + 5.0 + 0.5 + 1.0 + 5.0 ..                                                                   + 2.5 + 8.8 + 5.0 + 7.5 + 15.0 + 8.0 + 7.5 + 15.0 + 0.5 + 6.0 +                                                                   7.5 + 25.0 + 20.0 + 1.5 + 6.0 + 10.0 + 4.0 + 10.0 + 5.0 + 2.5 +                                                                   5.0 + 3.5 + 2.5 + 7.5 ) / 35

                                                                   = 235.3 / 35

                                                                    = 6.7 K

Average Cost Penalties Against Men = ( 4.0 + 2.5 + 3.0 + 7.0 + 6.0 + 2.5 + 5.0 + 1.5 + 4.0 + 2.0 + 3.5 + 1.5 ..                                                             + 6.0 + 10.0 + 3.6 + 4.0 + 3.0 + 1.0 + 17.7 + 10.0 + 4.5 + 6.4 + 9.0 ..                                                              + 3.0 + 2.5 + 12.0 + 5.0 + 22.5 + 4.0 + 24.0 + 4.5 + 20.0 + 4.0 + .                                                            2.5 + 10.0 + 9.5 + 150.0 + 12.0 + 6.5 + 6.2 + 3.0 + 35.0 + 12.0 + .                                                            5.0 + 15.0 + 10.0 + 5.0 + 15.0 + 15.0 + 11.8 + 7.0 + 10.0 + 4.5 + .                                                            3.0 + 125.0 + 12.0 + 4.5 + 18.0 + 12.0 + 4.0 + 5.0 + 8.0 + 10.0 + .                                                            5.5 + 5.0 + 6.0 + 15.0 + 4.0 + 10.0 + 10.0 + 1.0 + 10.0 + 17.0 + 9.0                                                              + 6.3 + 10.0 + 0.6 + 5.0 + 2.0 + 8.5 + 4.5 + 3.5 + 15.0 + 5.0 + 20.0                                                              + 7.0 + 5.0 + 10.0 + 10.0 + 7.5 + 5.0 + 8.5 + 10.0 + 5.0 + 12.0 + .                                                            3.5 + 70.0 + 4.0 + 4.5 + 3.0 + 25.0 + 2.5 + 1.0 + 5.0 + 7.5 + 5.6 + .                                                            60.0 + 15.0 + 35.0 + 6.0 + 15.0 + 5.5 + 3.5 + 4.0 + 5.0 + 1.0 + 14.0                                                              + 10.0 + 2.0 + 1.0 + 10.0 + 2.0 + 10.0 + 5.0 + 8.0 + 3.0 + 3.5 + 6.0                                                              + 15.0 + 5.0 + 1.6 + 6.0 + 2.9 + 8.0 + 7.5 + 4.0 + 7.5 + 17.5 + 5.0 )                                                              / 139

                                                            = 1454.1 / 139

                                                            = 10.5 K

It can be concluded the average cost penalty given to men is 56.7 % higher than the average cost penalty given to women. This additional inequity in magnitude of awards is not reflected in the prevous cost figures which depict only quantity.
