This is a judge that has NO COMPLAINTS on record with virtually every lawyer in Ottawa.
That's a rare thing to be able to say about any judge anywhere.
You simply wont find a lawyer in Ottawa who has anything negative to say about him.
More importantly, he is a judge who shows a passion for law, and that's a very rare quality to be found in anyone in the legal profession.
In summary, Justice McKinnon is probably the most respected judge in Ontario, and just to make it quite clear, this writer has NEVER been before Justice McKinnon in any matter.
Ottawa Superior Court has some nightmarish judges, Justice Collin McKinnon is not one of them.
