LIAM BOWMAN is a Child Protection Worker
with the Children's Aid Society of Ottawa who has fabricated evidence and or obstructed
justice by swearing an affidavit designed to mislead the court.
His supervisor is Robert Godman aka Rob Godman who
supervises a number of child protection workers who have fabricated evidence
including;
Phil Hiltz-Laforge and Karyn
